New green theme
I've been playing around with Qt's styling mechanism, and have implemented a new green look for CsoundQt. I'm not entirely happy yet with some of the details, but hopefully things will look great for the 0.9 release.

MIDI Learn functionality
I have added MIDI learn functionality to CsoundQt. To use it:
- open the MIDI learn window from the view menu
- Select a widget (You need to be in Edit mode in the widget panel)
- Move your MIDI controller
- Enjoy
That should be it. As usual, please report any issues or suggestions on the mailing list or the tracker.
PS. Issues with Csound's internal MIDI modules should now be fixed.
MIDI I/O issues fixed
After the near mutiny in the Csound conference, I have worked on implementing a mechanism to handle MIDI internally rather than relying on Csound's RT MIDI modules. Initial reports suggest that things are now working as they should, although there are still a few minor issues if you want to override the new system and use Csound's modules. I hope to address them soon.
New website launched
Not much more to say for now... This new website is written using Pelican which should make it easier to update. Enjoy!
